Paradise Holistic Health has a members only section for women. This was created for busy women who find it hard to take time for themselves, put themselves first, get to appointments and generally look after themselves.

This is ideal for any woman because as women, we all tend to put everyone else's needs before our own. 

I was finding that clients would come and see me every 6 months or even once a year, with good intentions to follow up and come back regularly, however they lacked the time and would often be starting again from square one when they eventually found the time to come back. The members only section, gives you access to weekly pilates classes, exercise videos, daily meditations, stress relief techniques, naturopathic advice and information, affirmations, naturopathic recipes  and weekly healings to help you live your best life and become the best version of yourself. You will also be added to our private community via Facebook group.Remember that you can't pour from an empty cup and the better you become, the better you will be for those around you.
