I joined the Paradise Tribe around a month ago and am loving it!

I joined in hope of managing my stress levels and general well being and I am already seeing results.

Having access to meditation and Pilates and committing to it, is already making a noticeable difference to me, and Inga is so encouraging. With the Pilates being around 15 mins max, these are definitely easy to fit into the day with no excuses! And if I feel like my body needs a little more, I just complete a 2nd Pilates session.
